We will touch on several varieties of FMEA, such as a Design FMEA, Process FMEA, and System FMEA, plus a close relative Criticality Analysis. We will also point out some of the limitations of FMEA and common mistakes that can be made. In addition, risk management for medical devices will be discussed.
