    The Greater Richmond SBDC is introducing several new classes for Fall 2009 as part of its Driving Business Success series. These classes are geared towards small business owners as they grow, expand, and transition their existing business.

    Business Killers, presented by Roger Smith and Evan Fabricant, financial services professionals with Mass Mutual Financial Group, will provide insight on how to protect your financial assets and prepare your business for transition.

    Business Transition, presented by Tom Mishoe, President & CEO of FinOP$trat Advisors, will explore the end result of a strategic thought process to assist you in making decisions regarding the sale/transition of your business. This class will aid you in achieving identified objectives and preparing the company for an effective sale/transition process maximizing your return.

    QuickBooks classes, presented by Kelly Garrett, QuickBooks Pro Advisor of Kelly Garrett Consulting, will present several different levels of expertise. QuickBooks Part 1 is offered for beginners.
